FAQ’s

Returns Policy
• If your item was bought online, over the phone or by mail order, as a customer you have consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. (CCR)
• The CCR gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
• You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Care Instructions
• Our products are screen printed rather than transfers being used as screen printing is much more durable.
• Wash garment inside out.
• Wash similar items together.
• Never wash T-Shirts with jeans or garments that have metal zips and buttons. Harsh materials rub against softer ones and may cause prints to erode.
• Wash in cold water, cold is good. Unless it is really dirty, cold water will do a sufficient job of washing your T-Shirt. This also consumes less electricity so is better for the environment. Maximum recommended for washing though is 30-40 degrees.
• Dryers are great – they save us time, however they are terrible for clothes! Dryers shrink clothing and cause prints to erode and crack. Keep the dryer for sheets and towels.
• Iron on a low heat and always inside out.
Returning Faulty Goods
• In the event that you might have to make a return, The Consumer Rights Act gives you the statutory right to return something and get your money back if it is faulty.
• You have a 30 day Right To Return.
• You have the legal right to a refund it you return your faulty goods within 30 days of receiving it. It must be returned unworn and in original packaging.
• We at Very Derry have put in place rigorous controls; we are proud of our merchandise and hope you are too.
